To inspect the property for rent There is a fee of 300 Baht. The fee is fully deductible from first rent payment once the contract is signed. If the client decides not to proceed with renting, the fee is non-refundable.
If the pictures shown on https://www.condothai.co.th don’t match with the reality, CondoThai will fully refund the inspection fee.
